a federal judge regarding indiana earlier in the day. and this is a federal appeal's court that upheld a lower court ruling and striking down utah's gay marriage ban. the panel put that ruling on hold so that it can be appealed to the entire u.s. circuit court of a polls and perhaps to the supreme court. this will affect utah and the other states that are part of the 10th circuit and the ruling is on hold now. and a lot of people think it is something that the supreme court will take up because a number of states and federal judges ruled in state after state that gay marriage must be allowed to proce proceed. whether or not the supreme court agrees is yet to be determined. we'll stay with that on fox. and revise settlement on the
