fundamentals and the fundamentals of tackling -- and that's where you get into football, everyone is trying to make the highlight reel and launching themselves, making themselves a projectile instead of getting into a great athletic position, breaking down and making an athletic move. there's a huge difference there. and i believe, and you can go on u.s.a. football and look at all the statistics and techniques that do it that actually will get you away from the possibility of head injuries. >> congressman, talk about what the nfl has done for you after you broke your tailbone, also had to have knee surgery. injuries simply are part of the game, but how did the nfl help you? >> i think the biggest thing, dealing with brain injuries personally, is i was fortunate enough to be on a team in philadelphia that was way ahead of curve on baseline testing with injuries, which i think the majority of high schools now won't let you back on the field until you can pass that baseline test to know you have your
