people of glasgow here today, and of course we still don't know the full extent of this until that helicopter can be lifted out of the pub, at which doesn't look likely to happen today, more likely tomorrow as it's already late in the evening here in scotland. >> right. and becky, of course it's a somber mood there went from a celebration to just outright chaos. unfortunately, and i know you mentioned that there are people walking around there at the infirmary where you're located. what about the families of the victims. have they been able to get some information as to how their loved ones are doing and the condition there? >> we did speak to one man who -- whose father was in the pub last night, apparently he's a regular in that pub, and he hasn't been able to contact him, his phone he keeps ringing it, it keeps going to voicemail, and he fears now, obviously nearly 24 hours since this crash that his father may well have died but he's had no official confirmation of that. so really terrible situation for
