"argo", 6.2 million from the state of california. "silver linings playbook", $5.6 million from the state of pennsylvania and "lincoln", 3 1/2 million from the state of virginia. overall, 1 1/2 billion dollars in tax breaks go to hollywood. about 430 million dollars in tax breaks came out of the fiscal cliff deal for hollywood. so the issue is taxpayers are basically paying a lot of money to hollywood not just in ticket prices. also taxpayer paid for subsidies in hollywood. a lot of states are saying hey, wait a second, this money, jenna, may not be
