sunny skies for at least the bottom half of the country and testimonies a little cooler on the southeast, into the northern plains though, that's where the temperature is cooler, warmer than yesterday, but still cool, nonetheless, we'll see a little snow flying across parts of south dakota and nebraska and light snow as well. across the west where we just have more sunshine and into the pacific northwest a little more sunshine today. a couple of days of break from where we've been seeing so much active weather there and we will see pretty significant rain and snow move back in by the time we get to wednesday and thursday of this week, in the meantime, things are looking absolutely nice across there. a great day for your final holiday travel weekend day, sunday, and no big travel problems expected in any of the nation's airports, guys, back to you. >> alisyn: that is good news. >> dave: coming up, dallas star, larry hagman may have lost his battle with liver cancer, but his legacy goes on. >> fox's catherine herridge
