they're locked into these contracts. they can't pay. they'll file for bankruptcy again and if the union doesn't do a lot of givebacks here, hostess, twinkie, cupcake, yohos, whatever they call it are gone. >> usually when you file for bankruptcy other than that structured bankruptcy for general motors and chrysler, usually when you file for bankruptcy, then the pension plans have to go away, don't they? >> it depends on what kind of bankruptcy and how they come out of bankruptcy. they've filed for what's called a chapter 22 so they're getting some funding to keep them going while they're in this bankruptcy. they may not emerge. if they can't get huge givebacks from the teamsters and other unions they're gone! >> got to figure that, you know, for hostess lovers out there, they would probably be able to sell the rights to the ho-ho and the hostess snowball and everything else. >> is it going to be in bankruptcy again? may not come out.
