this trial was fair? i mean, why didn't the jury hear that there was a tainted witness in the first one? why didn't they hear that? because the judge obviously, you know, she had her, i guess agenda of what was supposed to happen. the first trial i could honestly tell you was going in the right direction. the agents were testifying like i said one of them even admitted that he lied to the grand jury. the other agent said he was traumatized by the incident. the other was still in shock three years after the fact. so they actually were come up with, you know the truth. >> bill: what happened, jennifer, why did the judge throw the first trial out? >> because one of the jurors took note and that was per her instructions. no one is supposed to take notes. >> bill: the second one and then your husband is convicted. did ice help? you worked for ice. and so does your husband. at least used to. but he hasn't been fired from the border patrol, i understand, right? >> no. he is in indefinite suspension.
