green jobs funding ought to be now low priority given the history and fact it has failed to produce meaningful jobs. they send it to senate. the senate blocks it and then does so far, nothing. now, it may be that with media coverage and the political statements that will be made about this, that if the government shuts down the republicans will get the blame. i ask you, who is being responsible? who is playing politics? >> i think that we are going to have a deal if the next couple days on disaster re-- on disaster relief. with regard what brit said. i agree. if the president doesn't get back to the table with john boehner and fan a path into meaningful entitlement reform and find a way to come up with a big deal it will be hard for him to convince americans he did everything he could to get reelected. >> chris: thank you all panel. check out panel plus where our
