were literally lost down the river, that restaurant, supermarkets giving away food lest it spoil and because people need to eat. it is a situation where some are literally needing food and water from emergency workers like yourself. tell us what you're seeing. >> yes. i actually haven't made it to there yet because it's so difficult to get there. you have to have a vehicle that can go off roads. we have seen houses that were swept off of their foundations, and trees washed away, and in fact, i was just stopping by, we were at a cafe, one of the towns, and there were people with muddy boots who had hiked out of their homes because there was no other way to get out of this mountainous area. the red cross is here, we have feeding vehicles that are going out to distribute food, but it's something that we have to stop, and
