i say, i'm not willing to keep government growing. i'm insistent that we cap the amount of government spending as a percentage of the total economy and balance our budget. those are principles that are critical. i'm going to fight for those things. if i'm president of the united states and if we have republicans in both houses and majority in both houses, you are going to see us finally draw a line on the growth of government. we cannot go on with government borrowing more and more and eating more and more into the future of america's economic vitality. i'm not going to allow that. >> sean: i want to pick that up and maybe get to some specifics. where you would cut if you had the opportunity. we'll have much more with governor romney after the break. plus, as economic uncertainty flares around the world, riots turn deadly in the u.k. what is motivating the violence? >> join us here tomorrow night for the republican primary debate from ames, iowa i'll be
