evacuated by water rescue, that occurred within about an hour and a half. alisyn: my gosh. so you're having to rescue people from their homes because frankly, they can't drive out. >> that's correct. alisyn: because the streets are so flooded. how many people do you think are still trapped? >> we haven't heard of any in the last bit. we've got some out in the county that's going to have to be water rescued, working on the high profile vehicle from the national guard have' acti vaitd dollars -- activated because the fire department vehicles wouldn't make it to it, so they're working with that and checking with air air vac, see if maybe we can get a helicopter and get them to the helicopter and get them out. alisyn: are your levees hold something. >> no. we've had levees break, one inside the city limits, one outside the city limits, and one south of town, about a mile or so.
