here with analysis of that dangerous prospect is ken reese. one of the reports we keep hearing is the winds are blowing out to sea and whatever radioactive winds might blow into the direction of the west coast of the united states, what are your thoughts? >> i think the first things we have to put in perspective is, it is going to require something to move the radioactive debris higher up into the atmosphere than the storm. the storm going through is a fairly small storm and won't have much in the way of bringing that high up into the atmosphere. it is going to end up off the coast. it will send some wind back for a brief time until the low pulls away then the winds will come more northwest. good news for japan because it will blow any kind of radiation at the lower levels
