out there and drill. reopen the gulf to deepwater drilling. reopen the gulf. all those drilling wells that were closed down. reopen them now and start a serious plan. yet, you could have a long term impact on the price. not much. but you would have some impact. >> all right. let's talk about something that is having a big impact and that is what's going on in wisconsin. now the nation's consciousness is worried about teachers and what's going to happen next. it's interesting, this past july, there was a bigwig in the union and made it clear, oh, sure, we're worried about the kids but we're really about power. >> it was a gentleman from the nea in july of 2009, he said we have power because 3.2 million teachers pay hundreds of millions of dollars to us in dues. >> let's listen to him say it. >> you got it. >> it is not because we care about children. and it is not because we have a vision of a great public school for every child.
