napolitano. how you doing judge? >> how are you? >> bill: insightful question. what's the answer? >> the answer depends on what parts of the supreme court finds unconstitutional. if, for example, the supreme court follows judge henry hudson in richmond, virginia two months ago and only invalidates the mandate, the rest of the bill stands. some may argue the rest of the bill doesn't make sense, and any defect would have to be repaired by congress. on the other hand if the supreme court follows -- supreme court follows vinson in florida and invalidates the entire bill there would be nothing for congress for repeal because the supreme court would have done so. bill: the easy way to understand it, if the supreme court throws it out there's no need to address it. >> right. bill: if the supreme court rules on one little piece of the legislation, then congress would need to intervene if a repeal is even possible. >> you know, there's a principle the judges follow which is to inical date as little as possible to let
