the constitution says we know people change and people will want different things so we are allowing the people the evolve the constitution. you have to have two-third of the house and two-third of the senate agree to amendment and three-fourths states have to ratify it. any change in the constitution we the people made it, we want it and ratified it. we said there is no limit on term limit in the constitution but we want ed change. we evolved it because we the people wanted to make a change. most of the things that the people that are w progressives want the court to do are out of line with the people. there's amendments that have come through, that haven't been the best for the country, two of those.
