we can make this day special as well. one, have a creche in your family, nativity scene, have it there. just a reminder. secondly at some point, bring the family before creche and read from the second chapter in luke in which we tell the story and we hear the story of jesus being born. simple things. very simple things. a third one, around the christmas dinner table, go around the table and thank god for something that you received this year. it makes people reflect. the fourth thing is as a family, have some charity that you're working on together. and if possible, let it be not just giving money but somehow being hands on deck. those are things that will leave deep and lasting and beautiful impressions. i remember seeing my father get down on his knees before the creche and pray with us. i will never forget it. so simple. we wanted to be opening the presents. but the 30 seconds was so key. >> meaningful.
