>> jamie: before we go, every sunday, dr. rosenfeld gives us one tip, the healthy monday tip to start the week off right. what is it this week? >> you know, we talk about what you can do to stay well. you can take prophylactic aspirin, do exercise and so on. one of the key things is diet. there is a diet called a dash diet. especially for people with high blood pressure or for people who want to avoid vascular disease. here it is. it's very simple. eat more fruits, vegetables and less dairy fat. cut back on foods that are high in saturated fat and cholesterol, visible fat on meat, total fat. eat whole grain products, eat fish and poultry, especially without the skin. eat lots of nuts.
