i wasn't sticking a full fledged ledge lay agenda. i didn't have a lot of -- ledge lay agenda. i didn't have a lot of expectations. i remember pelosi in 2005, 2006 when they were running against republican majority in the house at that time was asked what are you going to do? nothing. we don't have a plan. our plan is to stop george w. bush. frankly, that's my plan to stop the democrats. stop the obama machine. republicans wanted to come up with a blueprint, if you will, that if they win they want to have a little bit of a mandate to do something. you can't say we won because we are not the democrats. we won because we are the os"3tu)sq what is the other guy gonna do? here's what our objectives are. some people say they didn't get specific enough legislatively. i didn't have a problem with it. i don't think there is anything major wrong with this. it is a starting point.
