officers themselves. one has been dismissed. another one is out there still floating through the court system. are any of your officers or deputies expressing any concern that they themselves are going to be open to any kind of liability if they simply do their job and enforce the law? >> yes. the officers of arizona have just right to be concerned about this because it's not just the aclu who has dragged me and the 14 other elected sheriffs into court. they are now suing the police chiefs. but also now the obama administration and eric holder has given us another public warning saying a follow-on lawsuit is coming. who is it going to be against? it's going to be against our deputies or the officers in our local communities that either make a mistake or an allegation of racial profiling is made. of course, we know that's going to happen. so, here our own government is dragging us into court, our heros, our protecters at a time when we need help and we need armed soldiers to our border.
