thinking of speaker nancy pelosi. she says there will be a serious draw down by july of next year or else. retired general anthony ohada is my guest. he is the author of rogue threat. first the president came out and said july 11 is when we begin the draw down. then he came out and modified that a little saying that is not set in stone, that is when we begin the process of transition. but nancy pelosi has another idea. she came out and said specifically to the huffington post that there must be a serious draw down next summer, and she is not sure how many democrats are going to vote for war spending without inch vining -- inshrining that policy into law. how do we resolve the war then the general and the house speaker. >> megyn it's great to be back with you. i think part of it is a fundamental misunderstanding of what everybody is talking about.
