>> bill: kelly file segment tonight. looks like the state of arizona will pass new law giving local authorities the right to question and detain people suspected of not being in the country legally. historically, that job has been the feds. and some expect the obama administration to try to block the state law in federal court. here now, attorney and fox news anchor megyn kelly you can see her live at 1:00 p.m. on america life. this is a big big story if obama administration goes in and tries to get a federal judge to go in and say the state can't do this. >> it could happen. if this law gets signed into law by the governor in arizona it looks like it will, then it becomes law and it could get challenged by the obama administration, by private groups, by the aclu representing illegals lo are -- who are affected by it on a number of grounds. what they are going to say is that the feds have exclusive jurisdiction to regulate this kind of thing, immigration, illegal immigration, that the states don't have any business trying to mess with federal laws bypassing --
