it's not past. it's not only present. it's future that they are talking about. >> they are going to get better and better. the question that isn't addressed there is what are we doing about it? is there a comprehensive kind of effort to tackle this? we don't know of any. these are really complex issues. our electoral system is layer upon layer upon layer. it states that the government and the intelligence agencies and what is the plan here to handle this inthere is a bigger problem that you are seeing in this entire hearing which is cast aside everything when it comes to spies and intelligence, what these agencies do is it is their job to go out and get information and come back and tell people who make policy this is what you need to know. if the policy makers aren't listening and making decisions, what information are they using? that is a pretty serious difference. >> an important thing to be talking about. great to see you all. thank you so much.
