what's needed? >> i do think this is a pretty clear victory for the player's association. in may the nfl announced a new anthem policy that would ban the players the way they have been protesting. they complained about that and said we haven't been consulted on that and what ends up happening is the nfl announces they are not having any policy during the season. that means that players are free to protest the way we saw today in miami and the way others might. this is only the first week of the season. we don't know what is going to happen moving forward. i think it speaks to the nfl trying to figure out what it's supposed to do and how they should best handle this. we saw the nfl being very reactionary and very -- attempting to try to soothe the fan base, some of which did not like this protest and that riles up the players even more. in reality, we are seeing what could be termed a victory.
