comfortable with because there has been none. the obstruction part i'm not as comfortable. i'm not. the president's fine with it. he's innocent. >> is it normal to walk into a conversation with a prosecutor and have a long list of stipulations before an interview takes place? i mean what do you make of this? >> well, in this matter where the president is the one who's going to be interviewed, i think it is appropriate for his lawyers to say, give us the terms under which we will consent to an interview, if that's what we're talking about, that's exactly what bill clinton did, they agreed to have an interview in the map room for four to six hours with video being piped over to the grand jury. he said the president wants to do this interview, and i don't know if that's actually been determined by the real lawyers who are representing him. and second, he said the topics
