think it was 1.8, it could be $1.6 billion in there for this purpose for schools to give them an opportunity to secure them and those excuse will have to make those, those schools will have that. the children shouldn't be worried about going to school as a place that violence can occur. that doesn't mean they shouldn't take precautions, whether it is through infrastructure or whatever else they may decide that they need. but i don't think you should consider in any way an answer to what we have to do, to have responsible back ground checks for people who want to have a gun. most people in the national rifle association have had background checks. they know what they're responsible for. but the nra is against background checks.
