malign a former president. i think part of it is what we said, is that it plays very well with the base. we know how obama was dealt with by his base, how they felt about him. i also think there's something about donald trump. i think he recensents the fact t obama left as a respected president with high approval ratings, that the elites liked obama. and so he really wants to tear down the obama legacy. that is something that consumes him. again, the thing that we should be concerned about is what are the implications for the country, and is he thinking through -- i mean tpp was on there, the transpacific partnership. there has not been a greater gift to china than america's withdrawal from the transpacific partnership. that was going to be a bullwork against china in that region and now we have weakened it.
