matter as i've been saying for weeks now. this is critical, critical matter for the president and michael cohen. my personal belief is he could spend all the time in the world reviewing these documents and he's not going to be able to put the horseback in the barn. whatever metaphor you want to use, i think the die is cast. i think that there's no question that michael cohen is going to be indicted, and i think there's no question that he's going to rollover on the president and provide very damaging information about the president. >> you said when michael was saying when he talked about, i think the cake is baked when it comes to that, you were agreeing with a lot of what the panel said. he also said that the judge would stay the case and halt discovery. >> well, i disagree with that because i was at the hearing last friday and actually argued against the motion for stay last friday. and i heard judge otarot's comments in connection with our arguments.
