the police department released four videos from the nice of the shooting including this this surveillance footage from the convenience store. that is sterling at the front of the store sitting at a table where he is selling cds. he is seen conducting a transaction with an unidentified man. he pulls a gun from his pocket followed by money from the same pocket. within seconds, sterling is seen making a shooting motion towards the man jokingly. that night police were called to the convenience store responding to a 911 call from a witness who saw a man with a gun. watch closely as things escalate quickly. from his perspective, you can see a brief struggle. then the gun is trained on sterling's head. >> don't you move, i'll shoot you in your head. you hear me? don't you move! don't move! >> all right. hold up. you're hurting my arm. >> sterling was then pinned to the ground and tased twice. >> get on the ground.
