new this morning, a missile named satan 2 from russia. this just in, russia announcing they're expelling diplomats from at least ten countries. this coming after over 20 countries joined the u.s. in expelling russian diplomats after russian double agent and his daughter were poisoned in the uk. joining us now live from moscow, with the latest on all of this, phil black, phil. >> reporter: the satan 2 missile that you mentioned there, the new icbm, that's been under development in russia for some years now, part of a vast modernization of all of its military, in particular its nuclear arsenal. and this particular weapon is said to be big and powerful, big range, multiple warheads or delivery vehicles and said to be according to the russian president pretty much invincible when it comes to anti-ballistic missile systems.
