i mean, jack, is it correct that the white house -- that the spokesperson from the white house should parrot a random tweet from the president that is just factually inaccurate and just demonstrably a lie? >> well, i think we know sarah sanders has so many things on her plate that this probably was not a great statement of hers. i think the criticism is valid. but i do think that the fbi does owe everybody an explanation here. but not just here but if you look at dylann roof, the charleston massacre that killed 10 people. there was also a glitch in the background check which the fbi could be helpful for. there was a situation -- because he had been arrested for marijuana. he should not have been allowed to buy a gun. the guy named kevin neal in texas killed five people and he had also had some arrest records. and then the guy -- >> there's no doubt the fbi and any law enforcement should be held responsible for any glitches and stuff. but it does not have anything to do -- you acknowledge it doesn't
