majority of the americans would be in two categories, the young people that would no longer have to comply with the individual mandate, and people on medicaid. and our goal on medicaid is to create jobs and hope the stock market continues to go up and hope new companies come to america and hope the companies that have been in operation for a long time continue to expand and we get the able-bodied people off of medicare and into the workforce. >> 1 in 5 live in poverty in kentucky, and you know the numbers better than anybody. a lot of those people are insured because of the medicaid expansion under obamacare. this bill would do away with that expansion. are you comfortable with that in telling your constituents that?
