new evidence and when he makes -- statements made and false statements versus tapes that contradict him and no probable cause to go forward and determine whether or not they have a case. you have to consider the fact that why would he make these misstatements, these false statements, unless it was consciousness of guilt? in other words he realized what he did was wrong so misstated it, lied about it, whatever is the characterization appropriate under investigation. i think the long conversation with the president feels like what benjamin flank lin said, we all hang together or hang alone. i think that's part of the problem here. comey and sessions are bad actors for us to expect and believe because of the apparent and perhaps real conflict, that we're going to get any "justice"
