don lemon is sitting in for ali velshi tomorrow. right now cnn "234newsroom" continues with brooke baldwin. a lot unfolding here at the top of the hour. first, the house is expected to vote pretty soon here on whether they're going to keep the federal government running. the deadline here is midnight freeway. the clock is ticking. as we get closer to the deadline, what will happen? we're monitoring there on capitol hill. also, for a couple of weeks now we've been following the angry protests there in wisconsin. well, now, really today is the day here as the republican governor is about to unveil his controversial new budget proposal. he calls it the budget repair bill. it looks like a lot of those protestors none too pleased about that. and in just a couple of minutes, i'll take to one of the state democrats who's been missing in action in wisconsin. why where is he? we'll find out.
