>> prin poe, thanks for joining us. we appreciate it. more travel problems, shuttered schools and power outages. new york central park broke a one-day record with more than a foot of snow. more fell this morning. it's so bad in philadelphia, the mayor declared a snow emergency. the city pounded time and again this winter by one storm after another. in washington, d.c., half a foot of snow disrupted air travel and forced government offices to delay opening this morning. we've got live coverage this hour. reynolds wolf is in boston. karen mcginnis is tracking the storm in the cnn center. reynolds, you're in boston. the roads don't look too bad behind you. >> reporter: i tell you what, if you're tuning in right now, if you happen to be in boston and you look down at my feet or down the street, conditions look pretty good. you'd never know that we had nearly a foot of snowfall that fell in about 12 hours. if you look down the street, it tells a bit of a different story. yes, the roads are clear.
