jamming its blood funnel into anything that smells like money. what do you think of the settlement, matt? >> it's too small. it's the largest is s.e.c. industry but it's small. it fits in with them being fined significantly less and they're always allowed to get off without any admission of criminal wrongdoing. nobody was dragged off in manic les and i think it was a signal to the rest of wall street that they can go back to business as usual. >> and jillian, for us legal minds we tend to think when there are fines imposed that it's compensatory. this doesn't make up for the loss but that's a separate issue. it's punitive.
