good afternoon. i'm the assistant special agent in charge with the fbi in austin. headquartered in san antonio division of the fbi. i will be reading from a prepared statement. i will not be taking questions following my statement. due to the fact that this is an ongoing active investigation i'm limited to what could be said regarding the specific details of the incident. i will provide you with what i can and as i said, not fielding any questions at this time. the investigation as chief congressman and fire department said, it is a joint cooperative effort on behalf of the fbi and apd, dps, texas rangers and austin fire department, austin travis county, ems, national transportation safety board, atf and many others. all of the fbi's mobilized immediately. fbi of san antonio dispatched our evidence response team to the crash site for pefd processing and recovery and reconstruction. additional fbi investigative
