both of you. like most crashes this was a chain of event, pilot error, fatigue, lack of professionalism in the cockpit. they pointed to other influences saying training record keeping were involved here. what was the most important takeaway lessen from the crash? >> it focused on pilot proficiency and performance. my concerns here is how those are impacted obviously by pilot pay and pilot scheduling and the regional airline industry. >> michael, for you what was the most important lesson? >> i think jim hit the untold story. the pilots did just about everything wrong but the larger story is the regional airline industry itself, very low wages and fatigue that sets in when the pilots have to dead head across country, sleep in an airport terminal then get on an aircraft in winter in weather
