Despite pause in process, concerns remain over redevelopment of former St. Charles police station

St. Charles Mayor Lora Vitek has delayed until spring any decision over two redevelopment proposals for the city's former police station along the Fox River. But that hasn't eased some residents' concerns over the plans.
