DeSoto ISD to offer hybrid remote and in-person learning at Ruby Young Elementary School
Beginning next school year, students will learn away from school two days per week and at school three days per week.

DeSoto ISD has announced a new hybrid learning model that will be available at Ruby Young Elementary School during the next school year.
After conducting a survey among district parents, school officials discovered parents wanted virtual learning to continue, according to a release from the district. The district subsequently developed a hybrid learning model at Ruby Young Elementary School for third through eighth grade scholars for the upcoming school year.
