The Job: World Vision is looking for a
Design, Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist to provide technical expertise and leadership to generate and analyze quality evidence and data through establishing monitoring systems and tools, and oversight of assessments and evaluations for the assigned project teams. S/he will work will build capacity of headquarter and field teams on M&E and facilitate learning and adaptive management. In addition, the position contributes to development of project proposals in alignment with donor requirements; and improve the processes, systems and capacity of Technical and Business Teams on program design.
