DeSantis shuts Fla. down to migrant kids in letter to feds

Months after Florida's governor ordered Florida's child welfare agency not to renew the licenses of shelters that house unaccompanied migrant children as part of a federal program, Gov. Ron DeSantis officially tells the feds that the state will no longer participate in this "highly flawed" program.
