From September 25—29, 2022 U.S. Deputy Secretary of Commerce Don Graves traveled to Bucharest, Romania to serve as the Senior U.S. Representative on the high-level U.S. delegation to the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) 2022 Plenipotentiary Conference.  In the official U.S. policy statement to over 3,000 delegates from over 180 countries, Graves stressed the U.S.
