SRINAGAR: Deputy Mayor, Srinagar Parvaiz Ahmad Qadri, accompanied with Executive Engineer (RRWD), SMC Compost Officer, SMC Estates Officer, SMC and other Officers/Official of the Corporation visited Animal Carcass burial ground Galandar, SMC land at Nowgam Bypass, and New By-pass Live Stock checking post SMC, to take stock of their functions.
During his visit to the Animal Carcass burial ground Galandar, Deputy Mayor Srinagar directed the Concerned Officers to use modern scientific methods for burial of dead animals /carcass and also directed Executive Engineer, Concerned to frame necessary estimate for earth filling and go for fencing around the said land at galandar.
