Depeche Mode keyboardist Andy Fletcher died after suffering an 'aortic dissection'

Depeche Mode said in a statement on Instagram that Fletcher, who died on May 26, suffered an aortic dissection - a condition in which a tear occurs in the inner layer of the aorta.
