Dennis Leib has been appointed Head of Hotel Transactions for the Benelux region at Cushman & Wakefield in Amsterdam

Leib, who will be based in Amsterdam, brings considerable specialist experience and connections to the firm's EMEA Hospitality team. He was previously Acquisitions Director for Amsterdam-based Sircle Collection (owner of the Sir, Max Brown and Park Centraal brands), for whom he secured deals for new hotels domestically within The Netherlands and in markets as diverse as Barcelona, Vienna, Lisbon, Milan and Ibiza.
