Democratic Sen. Kyrsten Sinema comes out against $3.5T reconciliation bill with Senate split

Democratic Senator Kyrsten Sinema expressed opposition to President Joe Biden's $3.5trillion budget 'reconciliation' package on Wednesday
'I support many of the goals in this proposal … I do not support a bill that costs $3.5trillion,' Sinema said
Republicans had already vowed to oppose the bill with Senate in a 50-50 split 
Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer has threatened to keep the Senate out of a planned August recess until a deal gets done 
If passed, the plan would see a huge influx of cash aimed at educational initiatives, an expansion to Medicare and climate change measures
