Pained by the tragic tanker explosion that claimed lives along the Warri-Benin highway in the Warri North Local Council of Delta State on Sunday, Human Rights Writers Association of Nigeria (HURIWA) has called for a legislation by state houses of assembly to criminalise acts of negligence and disregard for human lives.
