Delphi City Council members Spencer Kingery, David Weckerly and Sandy Flora approved the activation of a Delphi Plan Commission (which will operate as an area plan commission) and a Board of Zoning Appeals, with little to no discussion at the Monday, June 5, meeting. Delphi Mayor Werling indicated the recently adopted Comprehensive Plan allowed the
