Syracuse, N.Y. — A delivery driver was found seriously injured recently outside a restaurant on Erie Boulevard East in Syracuse.
Eight days later, the driver — Zeqiang Chen — remains hospitalized with a head injury, unable to speak with investigators, according to Syracuse Police Department and the Onondaga County District Attorney’s Office.
His injuries have made it hard for the Syracuse police to answer an important question: How was Chen so badly injured?
