Mumbai and Delhi, the most populous Indian cities, are yet again leading the Covid-19 surge in the country. In fact, on Wednesday, the two metropolises together accounted for almost one-eighth of India’s total 184,372 new cases. With 13,468 infections, Delhi reported the highest number of cases in the country; Mumbai reported 7,898 cases the same day.
